Something Different: 1/700 DML USS Lexington CV-16

With the Wasp kind of bogged down a bit. I decided to do a quick build...just to finish, SOMETHING! This is the 1/700 DML USS Lexington. The kit came together really well and when combined with a set of Gold Medal Models WW2 Aircraft carrier photo etch parts, it's really pretty. Here is the kit broken down into components.  The 40mm Bofors are from Niko and are amazing. Very small, but the detail is amazing.
