Island PE

Added the rails and attached the last of the radars and platforms to the island. The carpet monster got a small part with a dome that goes on the aft end of the island, so I replaced it with spare parts left over from a 1/350 Italeri Gettysburg kit. Still need to do some paint touch ups. Having said that, the island is more or less complete.
