Working from the Inside Out

Before I added the railing I attached a few things like the Clemenceau's boats and life rafts.  The boats were painted using Testors and Tamiya Acrylics.  They received a light wash of lamp oil black paint, and the details were highlighted with a drybrushing of light gray.

I also added a few extra details to the boats.  The received PE rudders and pulleys.   Here are the boats attached to the model.

The life rafts are from the kit and look really good.
