Jeanne D'Arc Construction Ends...Badly.

A lot has happened since I last wrote an entry. I had an action packed summer and took sometime off from building in the fall of 2013. When I returned to the Jeanne D'Arc, I found myself disappointed with how it was turning out. The paint for some reason started to crack. I am not sure if it was old or what, but it did not look good. I tried to strip the paint off and try again. However, the stripper damaged the brittle plastic and well...that was that.

Oh well. You win some you lose some. I am looking forward to starting a new project this spring, especially since I got an airbrush and a compressor during the holidays. I have never used an airbrush and I am looking forward to using it.

In the meantime, I have cleaned up some errors and typos in the blog and I'm developing some new content that may interest other scale modelers. There are lot of things happening in the 1/400 and 1/350 arena.
